  1. ELIGIBILITY: The MGD64 Resolutions 2010 Under The Cap Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older with internet access and a valid e-mail address Void in CA, PR and where prohibited by law. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of MillerCoors LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers involved in promotion, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and individuals residing in the same households of such employees, licensed alcohol beverage retailers, distributors and suppliers of alcohol beverages are not eligible.
  2. HOW TO ENTER: Look for the Official entry code printed under bottle caps from specially marked MGD64 packages or printed on cards at participating retailer locations beginning on or about 12/31/09 through 2/10/10, while supplies last. Between 9:00 am Eastern Time (ET) on 12/31/09 and 6:00 pm ET on 2/28/10, visit WWW.MGD64.COM and follow the on-screen instructions to register and enter your Entry Code. Once entry has been submitted it can not be deleted, canceled or modified. Potential Winners will be determined through random computer generation methodology. Potential winners will be notified by email approximately 24 hours after entry submission. Only potential winners will get a notification email. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day. If more than one (1) entry is received from one person in a single day, only the first (1) entry received will be considered valid. For purposes of this promotion, a “day” is the 24 hour period between 12:00:00 am ET and 11:59:59 pm ET.

    Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the time at which the entries are received. All prizes will be awarded assuming that sufficient eligible entries are received. Limit one (1) prize per person per day. Total ARV of all Prizes: $13,086.00

WINNER PRIZE CLAIMS: All prize claims are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules by the independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. Potential Winners will be notified 24 hours after Sweepstakes entry by email. Email notification will be sent to the email address indicated upon registration. Prizes will be sent to winners approximately 6-10 weeks after notification. All winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules by the independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. Only the intended number of prizes outlined in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notification emails are sent than the number of prizes offered at any level, as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all persons who received such notification. Undeliverable prizes will be forfeited.
  4. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are not transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of any prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is not available. Any portion of prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Federal, state, and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of prize not specified herein are the responsibility of winner. All prizes will be awarded assuming sufficient eligible entries are received.
  5. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/e-mail, or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor not responsible for any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the promotion or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the security, fairness or integrity of the promotion as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Entry codes are void if obtained where prohibited by law or if obtained through unauthorized distribution channels. In the event of a printing/production error, irregular code/message or computer error, neither MillerCoors LLC, its parent companies, their distributors, alcohol beverage retailers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, printers of game entry codes, nor their respective agents and agencies shall have any liability. Liability for official game piece containing printing or other errors or that are rendered inoperable due to any type of malfunction, technological or otherwise is limited to replacement with any game piece, while supplies last. Liability for any irregular or damaged prizes is limited to replacement with another, when available. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the promotion or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion without any further obligation. If Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the promotion as a result of a Force Majeure event, a notice will be posted on-line; In the event of cancellation Sponsor will award the prizes in a random drawing from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, providing a sufficient number of entries are received. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor, its parent companies, respective representatives, directors, officers, agents, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, employees and assigns (“Released Parties”), harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or the prizes awarded shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Wisconsin in the U.S., without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrants agree that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Federal or State Courts of Wisconsin. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the online Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
