1. ELIGIBILITY: The Miller Genuine Draft 64 Do More With Summer (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States & DC, except CA, 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Entry requires either a wireless SMS capable phone or internet access and a valid e-mail address. Void in CA and where prohibited by law. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of MillerCoors LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and suppliers involved in Sweepstakes, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and individuals residing in the same households of such employees are not eligible. Employees of alcohol beverage retailers and distributors are also not eligible.

2. HOW TO PLAY: Look for an Official Entry Code printed inside specially-marked MGD 64 packages while supplies last. Sweepstakes starts on or about 12:00:00 am ET on 6/1/10 and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on 8/31/10 (the “Promotion Period”). Enter the Official Entry Code at www.MGD64.com (“Website”) or text the code to short code 37667. After you text the code to 37667, you will receive a reply text message asking you to indicate your date of birth mm/dd/yyyy. After you reply to the text message with an eligible date of birth, you will be sent a reply text message confirming entry. If you do not reply with an eligible date of birth, you have not entered the Sweepstakes. Standard text message and data plan rates apply to each message sent or received. Other charges may apply; check your mobile plan for rates/details. Sponsor cannot guarantee this program will be available on all carriers. For help, text HELP to short code 37667. To cease receiving messages regarding the Sweepstakes, send the word STOP to short code 37667. You will not receive future text messages except for notification if you are selected as a potential winner. Please note that proof of text submission does not constitute proof of delivery. A random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received at the end of the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person per day for all methods combined. If more than one (1) entry is received from one person in a single day, only the first entry received will be considered valid. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” is the 24 hour period between 12:00:00 am ET and 11:59:59 pm ET. Entry Codes must be obtained legitimately. Incomplete entries are void.

HOW TO ENTER WITHOUT PURCHASE: All eligible individuals may use “RMFX9F3M7K” as an Entry Code.

3. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Two Hundred Fifty (250) Prizes: A $64 prepaid card. Prepaid cards are subject to terms set by the issuer. Prepaid Cards are preloaded in the amount of $64 and are not merchant specific. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded assuming that sufficient eligible entries are received. The total ARV of all prizes is $16,000. Limit one (1) prize per person.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATIONS/PRIZE CLAIMS: Potential winners who entered the Sweepstakes via the Website will be notified via the e-mail address provided upon entry and potential winners who entered the Sweepstakes via text will be notified via the phone number from which the text was sent. Potential winners will have five (5) days from the notice being sent or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Prize winners will be sent their prize within 6-8 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

In the event of a dispute with regard to the identity of a potential winner who entered via text, entry will be deemed to have been made by the person listed as the authorized account holder of the wireless phone number from which the entry was submitted. In the event of a dispute with regard to the identity of a potential winner who entered via the Website, entry will be deemed to have been made by the person listed as the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with entry. A potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the wireless phone number or email address associated with the potentially winning entry. Noncompliance within the time period indicated may result in disqualification. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prize claims are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. In the event of noncompliance with these official rules, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited.

5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are not transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of any prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Federal, state, and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of prize not specified herein are the responsibility of winner.

6. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail/ text messages, or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor not responsible for any damage to any participant’s computer system/software or phone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these official rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails/text messaging resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail/text messaging filtering by a user's internet service provider or telecommunications provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user’s email/text account to receive e-mail/text. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the security, fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. In the event of a printing/production error, irregular or invalid code/message or computer error, neither MillerCoors LLC, its parent companies, their distributors, alcohol beverage retailers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, printers of Sweepstakes entry codes, nor their respective agents and agencies shall have any liability. Liability for printing or other errors or Entry Codes that are rendered invalid due to any type of malfunction, technological or otherwise is limited to replacement with an Entry Code, time permitting. Only the intended number of prizes outlined in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered, as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. Official entry codes which are distributed where prohibited by law or not obtained legitimately or in accordance with these Official Rules will be null and void. In the event the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event beyond the Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), the Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without any further obligation. If the Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, a notice will be posted on-line. In the event of cancellation the Sponsor will award the prize in a random drawing from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, providing a sufficient number of entries are received. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective representatives, directors, officers, agents, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, employees and assigns (“Released Parties”), harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of any prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree (a) to be bound by the Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and the decisions of the judges, which are final; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Wisconsin in the U.S., without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrants agree that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Federal or State Courts of Wisconsin. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical, technical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prize. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the English Official Rules posted at MGD64.COM shall prevail, govern and control.

7. WINNERS LIST: For the names of prize winners, available after 9/30/2010, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Miller Genuine Draft 64 Do More With Summer, P.O. Box 1973, South Bend, IN 46624-1263 for receipt by 9/30/2010.
